CHANNEL MAP

Support Channels and Use Cases

Choose a channel based on the issue type. Tickets preserve context and work well for questions that require account status, order records, or connection steps to be checked.

Primary Channel

Account Panel Tickets

Use tickets for account login, plan status, traffic resets, payment results, refund requests, client imports, and international route connection issues. Keep the ticket after submitting it; do not create multiple records for the same issue.

Tickets are handled in queue order. When an order must be verified or a connection issue reproduced, handling time varies with the completeness of the information and the issue complexity.

Public Contact Addresses

Current site facts do not list a public email address or Telegram address. Do not send account or order details to addresses found in search results, forwarded messages, or pages outside this site.

Until public addresses are configured, all related issues are handled through account panel tickets, so email and Telegram have no separate response schedule.

Contact via Ticket

ISSUE ROUTING

Issue Categories and Required Details

The more specific the description, the easier the issue is to locate. Submit only what is needed for troubleshooting; do not paste passwords or complete subscription URLs into a ticket.

ACCOUNT

Account and Subscription

Include your login username, the page where the issue appears, and whether the plan status matches the account overview. For an upgrade, state the current plan and the plan you are considering. Do not submit your account password.

BILLING

Payments and Refunds

State whether you used Alipay, WeChat, or USDT, and include the information visible on the order page. Refund issues follow the 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy; ticket verification determines the specific progress.

CONNECTION

Connections and Routes

State the platform used, the target region shown in the client, when the issue occurs, and whether it persists after switching routes. Coverage includes 90+ countries / 200+ routes.

CLIENT

Clients and Imports

Specify Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux, and describe the message shown during subscription import, connection, or updates. Clients are obtained through the account panel.

BEFORE SUBMIT

Before Submitting a Ticket

Complete the basic checks first to reduce follow-up questions. The information below does not involve your account password and does not require a complete subscription URL.

What should I include when a route connection fails?

State the platform used, target region, message shown by the client, and the result after switching to another route. Disconnect the current connection before switching, then select a route again.

How should I submit a ticket when a payment result has not updated?

State the payment method and the current status shown on the order page. This site supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Do not submit payment account passwords or other information unrelated to verification.

Where do I start a refund request?

Open the ticket page in the account panel, select a billing-related issue, and describe the order. This service provides 14-day no-questions-asked refunds; requests are verified and handled through tickets.

Can I contact you through a public email address or Telegram?

No public email or Telegram address is currently listed. Use an account panel ticket, and do not send account or order details to contact information provided by pages outside this site.
