Service Content and Scope
42VPN provides cross-border network acceleration services for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes. The service is intended to improve cross-border access and international route connectivity. Available regions, route entry points, and client access methods are based on the information shown in the user panel at the time.
Routes may change because of network maintenance, regional network conditions, upstream carrier adjustments, or third-party service policies. 42VPN may maintain, replace, or adjust routes according to operating conditions, but will not thereby alter valid traffic benefits already obtained by users. Users should select a suitable region for their access needs and confirm the applicable terms of the target website or application.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; users only need to set a username and password. Users must protect their login information and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, and ticket actions made under their accounts. Account credentials are for the account holder only and may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with third parties. The service supports devices without a fixed device-count limit, but devices must be owned or controlled by the same account holder.
Monthly subscriptions are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages are: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Order details are based on the plan, traffic, and amount displayed before submission.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the accessed destination is located, as well as the service rules of third-party websites, platforms, and applications. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of unlawful content, unauthorized system access, interference with network operations, malicious traffic, or other unlawful purposes.
Users must not probe, damage, or evade the service’s account, billing, traffic-management, or security mechanisms; resell route resources in bulk; or use subscription information to build public services for third parties. Users whose conduct causes complaints, claims, or liability are responsible for the resulting consequences.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections are affected by local networks, device status, carrier routing, target-service policies, and network maintenance. 42VPN maintains routes and the user panel within its reasonable control, but does not guarantee that a particular route will remain continuously available in every location or network environment, nor that all third-party content will be consistent across all regions.
Users should save important materials themselves and confirm connection status before making payments, publishing content, or handling important business. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect losses caused by third-party service interruptions, device failures, incorrect configuration, force majeure, or events beyond the reasonable control of the service shall be borne by the responsible party under applicable law.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account is resold or shared, subscription information is publicly distributed, route resources are used abnormally, service operations are disrupted, others’ rights are infringed, applicable laws or regulations are violated, or the user refuses to stop non-compliant conduct, 42VPN may restrict related connections, suspend account functions, or terminate the service. To protect the system and other users, restrictions may be applied first when necessary, followed by an explanation of the outcome through the user panel.
Users may stop using the service and decide whether to purchase new subscriptions or traffic packages. After an account is restricted or terminated, users remain responsible for conduct that occurred before the restriction or termination. Order and ticket records that must be retained or processed by law will be handled according to applicable rules.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days after the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through a ticket in the user panel, and the relevant order information must remain clear and verifiable. After a refund is completed, the subscription benefits obtained through the corresponding order will stop being available. The processing status shown by the payment channel is subject to the actual refund result.
42VPN may update these terms because of service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. Changes will be published on the website or in the user panel and will apply from the stated effective time. Users should review updates before continuing to use the service; if they disagree, they may stop using it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
